Rising Phoenix Productions has been serving the mid-Willamette Valley, as well as the rest of Oregon since 2004. Owner Rick Moore has been providing entertainment and DJ services since 1993. Having worked with other companies that wavered in their customer service levels, Rick launched RPPDJ with one goal in mind: One Standard of Service for all clients.
