I feel the only way to DJ a wedding reception is to do my very best, I base my rates on what is needed for your event. I can't be twice as good for twice the price. There are so many companies offering package A,B,C. Is one really better than the other? Do you get better entertainment with Package A as you do with Package C? There are many factors that determine the price range of an event.
