When you contract me to do your wedding, I send you some useful information, to help you plan your reception, and a list of information I need. After I get that that information, I contact you by telephone and we discuss that information. Then based on that info and the discussion, I go to work designing a base play list. Then 2-3 weeks before your wedding I come to you, and sit with you and your fiance and go over the flow of the reception, the play list, and I collect a list of your other wedding professionals. I then make any changes to the play list to make it more to your liking. I also contact your other professionals so I can coordinate with them. ( I'll know if your Photographer is leaving at 9:00 and we need to get the cake cut by 8:40 ect..) I handle every detail from the time of your formal introductions until you leave at the end of the evening. All you worry about is having a good time with your guest.
